Job Description
Role Description
This role will drive the expansion of our healthcare offerings and the growth of our health plan footprint through innovative strategies and impactful partnerships. You will oversee national and specialty ancillary networks that may include Behavioral Health, Complementary Care, Telehealth, and emerging care modalities. A core focus of this role is managing and optimizing relationships with national and regional partners to ensure that our healthcare delivery is cost-effective and high-quality while formulating and executing on strategy and aligned with our organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
- 10 or more years of Healthcare experience, with a focus on growth, strategic partnerships, and business development.
- Experience in sales leadership and managing cross-functional teams is highly valued.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in managed care contracting, including expertise in financial analysis, payment methodologies, contract negotiation and language, vendor and third-party network contracting, specialty and leased network management, and project leadership.
- Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and partnerships in a complex healthcare environment.

- Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $65.83, Max: $103.93
- Washington: Western: Min: $68.62, Max: $108.34
- Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $65.83, Max: $103.93
- Washington: Eastern: Min: $58.58, Max: $92.48
- Washington: South Eastern: Min: $61.37, Max: $96.89
