Job Description
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff, COO and the Transformation Directors to help structure the transformation office
• Structure the workstreams, owners and charters
• Partner with regions to define work packages and execution teams
• Structure the roadmap and business case
• Set up governance and reporting mechanisms to track progress across workstreams and ensure transparency for leadership and stakeholders
• Define robust financial management processes to help govern the program
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the transformation office ways of working and processes
Job Requirements
- Project management: Ability to structure plans, dependencies and track through execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and requirements.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex execution challenges.
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability to understand team budgets, helping to ensure financial resources are utilized effectively to meet project and departmental goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a project management role including significant leadership experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or cloud certifications).
