Job Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem strategy for nonprofit fundraising technology
• Scale and optimize the 3-tier Agency Partner Program
• Establish strategies for AE partner assignment and quota distribution
• Cultivate and manage partnerships integrating Bloomerang's technology
• Monitor partner performance and enhance it based on key metrics and feedback
• Provide executive-level reporting on partnership ROI and pipeline influence
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of channel partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of building scalable partner programs generating $1M+ in revenue
- Experience in nonprofit or enterprise sectors, professional services, or consultant-heavy industries preferred
- Deep understanding of modern partnership strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases and ROI models
- Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level executives
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, and partner management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
