Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field)
  • 8+ years of experience as a Senior, Principal or Lead Product Manager in a SaaS company, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex, strategic initiatives for the office of the CFO.
  • Experience working directly on financial reporting or consolidation products is highly preferred, including a demonstrated understanding of the following:
  • Knowledge of key accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and their application in consolidated financial statements.
  • Experience with financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and adjustments.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting requirements and regulations (e.g., SEC reporting).
  • Understanding of the role of technology in automating and streamlining the consolidation and reporting process.
  • Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices that contribute to transforming how we do product management more effectively and efficiently.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a complex organization to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate market trends, customer needs, and business objectives into innovative and cohesive product strategies and roadmap.
  • Experience with a wide range of product methodologies and product management tools like Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Pendo, etc.
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching others, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing product organization that is at the forefront of innovation.
