Overview
Correlation One is seeking an experienced
GenAI subject matter expert (SME)
to support curriculum development for executive and employee training programs. You'll help us craft instructional materials that demonstrate how to drive business value using either Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT across real-world workflows—particularly for knowledge workers in information technology, insurance, finance, and operations.
We're designing immersive, role-specific training programs that acknowledge Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT's strengths and limitations compared to other AI assistants. You'll collaborate with our Learning Experience Design and Product teams to identify use cases, develop activities, and advise on best practices for prompt engineering, troubleshooting common issues, and implementing reliable productivity workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with our team to
design scenario-based training content
that teaches practical GenAI workflows using Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT
Create prompts, task flows, and mini-capstone projects
aligned to specific functions (e.g., workforce scheduling, employee communications, payroll & HR, customer service, marketing analytics).
Provide
technical guidance on Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT's limitations and workarounds
with specific error resolution strategies
Help
refine hands-on training experiences
for our clients, including live demos, error handling guidance, and realistic enterprise use cases
Ensure curriculum accurately reflects Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT behavior across platforms
Recommend tools and workflows to simulate or support Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT functionality in a training environment
Develop comparative guidance on when to use Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT versus alternative AI assistants for optimal results
Expected Deliverables
8-10 function-specific use case templates with step-by-step Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT workflows
Troubleshooting guide with 15+ common Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT errors and their solutions
Prompt engineering best practices document tailored to Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT's implementation
3-5 mini-capstone projects demonstrating end-to-end business processes using Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT
- Experience across multiple Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT enabled apps
- Strong grasp of
- prompt engineering, prompt iteration
- , and output validation techniques
- Familiarity with Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT's technical implementation and its limitations compared to other AI platforms
- Experience designing or advising on
- enterprise-level GenAI training or enablement programs
- Ability to articulate tradeoffs, pitfalls, and workarounds when teaching Gemini, Copilot, or ChatGPT to a non-technical audience

- Weekly sync meetings with Learning Design and Product teams
- Asynchronous collaboration via shared documents and project management tools
- Flexible schedule with approximately 10-15 hours per week commitment
