About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Figure’s crypto products. You’ll translate complex blockchain and financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both TradFi and crypto-native audiences. You’ll shape how we bring products to market, influence roadmap decisions, create foundational product storytelling, and drive adoption across multiple ecosystems. This role is deeply cross-functional, partnering with product, BD, partnerships, and marketing to ensure alignment, clarity, and market impact. What You’ll Do Define positioning and value propositions for YLDS, CBL, and Democratized Prime Translate technical product capabilities into customer-centric messaging across audiences Own GTM strategy for launches, feature releases, and multi-chain ecosystem expansions Partner cross-functionally with Product, BD, Customer Success, and Growth to drive product knowledge and adoption Develop launch plans, audience-specific messaging, and define positioning across both crypto-native and retail web2 users.
