Job Description

• Define and lead Attain’s enterprise AI strategy, focused on practical, responsible adoption that improves delivery efficiency, quality, and scalability. • Drive firmwide AI adoption, ensuring AI tools and methods are embedded into everyday consulting workflows—not isolated pilots. • Establish clear priorities for AI investment aligned to business outcomes, client demand, and practice needs. • Partner with practice leaders to redesign delivery models, methodologies, and accelerators using AI. • Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can materially reduce delivery time, cost, risk, or effort across Attain’s services. • Ensure AI capabilities are repeatable, scalable, and integrated into standard project execution. • Serve as a market-facing AI leader, supporting executive client discussions, solution shaping, and go-to-market differentiation. • Help clients move from AI ambition to execution by modeling Attain’s own applied AI approach. • Contribute to thought leadership, offerings, and messaging that position Attain as a trusted advisor in applied and responsible AI. • Establish governance, guardrails, and standards for responsible AI use across the firm. • Guide enablement efforts (training, playbooks, tooling) to upskill consultants and leaders on effective AI usage. • Partner with Technology, Security, Legal, and Risk leaders to ensure AI adoption is secure, compliant, and ethical. • Act as a connector across practices, functions, and leadership—driving alignment without relying on direct authority. • Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value narratives for executives, clients, and delivery teams. • Influence change in a matrixed consulting environment through credibility, clarity, and outcomes.
