Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the development pipeline for new technology products and tools built by the Innovation Hub. This role is the connective tissue between creative vision, technical execution, and business reality. Create roadmaps, coordinate cross-team work, and keep builds moving from prototype to rollout. Drive the development pipeline for new tech products and tools (internal platforms, GPTs, plugins, automations). Create clear roadmaps and prioritize development work in collaboration with the Head of Creative Technology. Write technical requirements and scope documents that bridge creative intent and technical feasibility. Plan and track software milestones, releases, and rollouts. Vet vendors and third-party tools, making recommendations based on technical merit, cost, and fit. Coordinate cross-team QA, testing, and change management for new tool deployments. Keep stakeholders informed without drowning them—you know what to escalate and what to handle. Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and status tracking.

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in product development, web development, or creative technology.
  • Proven experience with software milestone planning, release management, and technical requirements writing.
  • Strong ability to translate between creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience vetting and managing vendor relationships for technical tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with modern development workflows (agile, kanban, CI/CD concepts).
  • Excellent written communication—you can write a requirements doc, a project brief, and a status update with equal clarity.
  • Self-functioning at a mid-to-senior level—you don’t need hand-holding to keep work on track.
  • Must be available to work standard PST hours.
  • You’ve managed software development projects, product builds, or technical tool rollouts—not just marketing campaigns.
  • You can write clear technical requirements that engineers, designers, and stakeholders all understand.
  • You know the difference between a milestone, a sprint, and a deadline—and you use the right one for the right context.
  • You’re comfortable vetting vendors, evaluating technical solutions, and making build-vs-buy recommendations.
  • You can hold your own in a room with developers and a room with creative directors—translating fluently between both.
  • You’re self-directed and can keep projects moving without constant oversight.

Benefits

  • A collaborative, forward-thinking creative culture where craft, experimentation, and systems thinking are all valued.
  • Fully remote work environment with PST-based hours.
  • Full-time salary and benefits including healthcare, 401(k), generous PTO, and professional development support.
