Job Description
• Support analytical aspects of the application product life cycle
• Collaborate with customers on complex issues
• Create business cases and cost sheet analysis
• Analyze data to determine business problems and trends
• Create/execute test cases and provide root cause analysis
• Verify delivery of customer needs and ensure quality delivery
• Mentor Associate and Intermediate Business Systems Analysts
• Lead or participate in moderately complex projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7 years in IS/IT
- 3 - 5 years in Lean/Six Sigma
- 3 - 5 years in the Health Insurance Industry
- 3 - 5 years in the Healthcare Industry
- 3 - 5 years of experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
