Job Description
• Responsible for building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with assigned book of business
• Works directly with sales executives during finalist presentations and may be asked to present to potential clients
• Expected to support and service between 12 – 20 clients
• Maintains senior management-level contact with client stakeholders and the broker
• Internal project participation that benefits and supports the client and/or the client management organization
• Charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experience or High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience
- Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
- Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
- Ability to interact with senior level executives
- Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)
