Job Description

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
- Must have a minimum of five(5) years of experience on a " public health system " as a Technology Solutions Operations lead in Knowledge transfer and Management of business rules and Training and Help desk
- Must have a minimum of two(2) years of Technology Solutions Operations Lead experience with " public health Government (State / Local / Federal - health care system)"
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience of leading geographically distributed teams
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing IT operations for a large IT system valued at $5,000,000 or more
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Solutions Operations Lead or business management leadership experience
