Job Description
Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced EX Operations Lead to support employee experience operations within a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR operations professional who thrives in managing complex employee lifecycle processes while driving efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience by:
Managing inquiries
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintaining data accuracy
Partnering cross-functionally to improve systems and workflows
This position requires strong operational judgment, customer service excellence, and a proactive mindset.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or People Operations
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, benefits administration)
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining high levels of data accuracy
- Familiarity with SOX controls and compliance protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex and high-impact cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience contributing to automation or process improvement initiatives preferred
- Review and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, delivering a high level of customer service
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and benefits administration
- Handle complex and non-standard employee cases, including region-specific nuances
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX protocols
- Conduct and support weekly data audits to ensure system integrity
- Track work in progress and proactively follow up to ensure tasks are completed within defined SLAs
- Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Partners, and other stakeholders on regional and global initiatives
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and overall employee experience
- Lead innovation and automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve compliance
- Support team capability development through documentation, coaching, and knowledge sharing
Benefits
- Start Date: March 10, 2026
- Duration: 6-month contract (through September 10, 2026)
- Location: Remote, US-based
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Compensation: $37-$42 per hour
- Interview Availability: Candidates must be available for interviews between 4:30-5:30 PM PST
