Job Description

This role involves managing and supporting the Litify software platform within a legal environment. Administer and maintain the Litify system, including user management, permissions, and security settings. Configure and optimize case management, calendaring, and docketing workflows to meet organizational needs. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff using Litify. Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and integrations as needed. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in line with legal industry standards. Report directly to the Senior Director of Administration and Legal Services. Collaborate with IT, Legal Services, Legal Operations, and third-party vendors to enhance system functionality and resolve issues. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials for Litify. Generate reports and analytics to support case tracking, deadlines, and workload management. Stay up to date with Litify product releases and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience administering legal case management or docketing software; Litify experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows, calendaring, and document management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data security and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in leveraging emerging AI technologies to enhance legal operations and streamline workflows.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Prior Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience at a civil litigation law firm.
  • Experience with legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and integration tools.
  • Project management experience.
