Job Description

This role involves facilitating engaging training sessions for new and tenured bilingual Care Coordinators, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional services to patients. Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to a team of up to 18 remote bilingual Care Coordinators within their first 30 days of employment. Be a positive, encouraging, solutions-focused voice for the New Hires. Help develop a highly motivated, confident, and well-trained staff. Provide frequent coaching and feedback using existing training materials, and policy and procedures. Identify learning opportunities and collaborate with the Training Team to close these gaps. Oversee, facilitate, and ensure staff education and adherence to regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FCC, Medicare, etc.). Control and maintain steady workflow within the team, track productivity, schedule adherence/timekeeping, research, and resolve issues. Provide feedback on productivity and quality-related performance to Care Coordinators. Work with the QA team to assist with quality improvement processes. Monitor outcomes to ensure that all trainees have met company training requirements before releasing them from training. Create a positive work environment by adhering to the company's core values and principles. Support the training efforts of tenured Care Coordinators based on business needs. Support classroom training with practice call days, practice scenarios, and other duties as defined by Training team leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a classroom training setting, working with bilingual learners preferred.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective learning solutions that drive performance improvement and meet organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Bilingual Facilitation Skills: Delivers training sessions in both English and Spanish with clarity, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Ability to provide constructive feedback to new hires.
  • Adaptability: Resilient; willing to learn from others; patient, optimistic, and adaptable.
  • Attention to Quality and Accuracy: Produces accurate and complete documents and training materials.
