Job Description
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for maintaining Froedtert & MCW’s Identity and Access Management environment. This role provides technical expertise in supporting access management tools, administering identity lifecycle processes across multiple operating systems and platforms, and developing and enforcing IAM security policies and procedures.
Manage and resolve access-related incidents, requests, and changes through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented fulfillment in accordance with established service levels and compliance requirements.
Work closely with technical teams and business partners to ensure secure, efficient access to systems and data.
Protect the organization’s information assets.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Effectively manage workload, priorities, and assigned ticket queues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of three years of relevant security administration experience is required.
- Highly prefer experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Experience administering automated provisioning / identity lifecycle management systems preferred.
- Experience administering Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working in an IT service management (ITSM) environment, including managing incidents, requests, and changes in ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system.
- Ability to effectively manage a ticket queue, prioritize work, meet service level expectations, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of computer principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.
- Special Skills
- Advanced knowledge of IT concepts including: risk, cybersecurity, governance, compliance, operating systems, databases, networking, application and web technologies.
- Exceptional computer skills utilizing and supporting MS Office and MS Exchange/Outlook.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of organization and vendors.
- Ability to develop and follow department policies, standards, procedures and guidelines for Identity and Access Management activities.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, teamwork, critical thinking, and continuous process improvement.
- Maintain a professional level of both written and oral communications.
Benefits
- Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $28.42 - $48.62. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
