• Partner with the content manager and subject-matter experts to create and review course curriculum and related materials (digital/print books, exams, videos, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency through strong content governance (e.g. proofing workflows, style-guide adherence, and version control). • Manage content within our content management system and related tools, including structuring materials, organizing content, and updating existing content for accuracy, consistency and quality. • Update and adapt course content for delivery in print, online platforms, and in the live online classroom setting. • Work with product management on course builds and setup, and applicable functionality/QA reviews. • Assist product and content leaders to meet and exceed client expectations by maintaining content, expeditiously troubleshooting content issues, and implementing content-related product changes. • Proactively identify problems and resolutions and seek out new procedures and technologies that improve quality of materials and efficiency of processes. • Manage projects and timelines in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. • Support special projects and initiatives such as identifying process gaps and facilitating improvements, documenting processes and procedures, and improving content workflows.
