Job Description
Join our mission to infuse cutting-edge AI/ML/GenAI into pharmacy benefits as an AI Success Specialist Manager. We are looking for an experienced professional with AI and machine learning expertise to join us in applying cutting-edge open-source tools and/or those developed within the company to increase efficiency and reduce friction within the company as well as for our customers.
Drive client value, adoption, and retention for AI products by guiding onboarding, optimizing use cases, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Act as technical advisors and change agents, ensuring safe, ethical, and high-ROI deployment of AI solutions.
Core duties include accelerating time-to-value, managing a cross-functional technical team, and monitoring performance KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 6 years (4 years with Master’s degree) of experience in industry with a strong focus on ML solutions development and production deployment.
- At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management with teams of 4 or more engineers.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with GenAI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.
- Experience developing and fine-tuning prompts on any of the GenAI services.
- Passion for customer, innovation, product quality, service excellence, and test engineering.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in an extremely fast-paced, startup environment.
- Good written and communication skills that enable collaboration in a remote environment.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI/ML models, Agentic AI, API usage, and data management.
- Ability to build trust with key stakeholders and executives.
- Capability to align complex AI technology with business strategy and outcomes.
- Expertise in guiding organizations through digital transformation.
- Proficiency in interpreting usage data to make informed decisions.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $200,000 - $230,000 USD
