Job Description
This role involves leading the design and implementation of organizational structures and governance across all business units.
Design & Implementation: Lead the design of structures, governance, and role clarity across all business units.
Strategy Translation: Develop solutions that improve performance, accountability, and collaboration.
Strategic Advisory: Advise senior executives on design decisions regarding growth, transformation, and M&A.
Executive Facilitation: Manage discussions on trade-offs, span of control, and workforce composition.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Talent, Finance, and Change Management for integrated solutions.
Transformation Support: Align organizational design with large-scale change and adoption strategies.
Capability Building: Establish design frameworks and build HR capability through coaching and education.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and benchmarking to inform designs and measure effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or advanced degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in organizational design, organization effectiveness, or related roles, with experience at the leadership level and managing a team.
- None Required for Licensure / Certification / Registration.
