Job Description
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of LMS administration or enterprise system management experience, with a strong technical focus
- Strong hands-on expertise with SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting, APIs, and HRIS/LMS integrations
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data feeds (JSON, REST, XML, SFTP)
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel for data visualization and reporting
- Familiarity with identity management and SSO/IdP platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Ping)
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex system errors and data anomalies.
