Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven, execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated campaign execution for our Small Market segment. In this role, you will translate strategy into high-performing, multi-channel campaigns that drive new logo acquisition, revenue growth, and customer expansion.
Own the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion within the Small Market segment
Build, launch, and optimize email, SMS, landing pages, nurture programs, and e-commerce experiences using marketing automation and AI-enabled tools
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure strong lead flow, accurate attribution, and alignment with go-to-market priorities
Coordinate paid media, SEO, and digital initiatives with external vendors to generate consistent, qualified pipeline
Track and optimize performance across channels, using data to improve conversion rates, pipeline contribution, expansion revenue, and ROI
Use AI and automation to streamline campaign workflows, reduce manual effort, and create scalable efficiencies across marketing operations
Manage campaign timelines, asset coordination, and cross-functional execution
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels with a focus on pipeline contribution and revenue impact
Monitor KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, pipeline influence, expansion revenue, and ROI
Serve as the primary marketing point-of-contact for Small Market Sales and Customer Success
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance, workflow efficiency, content quality, or decision-making
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive optimization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing paid media or vendor relationships directly
- Experience contributing to revenue forecasting and pipeline modeling
- Experience supporting SMB market segments is a plus

- This role is primarily remote (U.S. based), with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices for team collaboration, training, or company events. This role may be based remotely out of the following states:
