Job Description

As a member of our Program Management team, you will play a critical role in the definition, prioritization, and execution of new product features and strategic programs. Work closely with Product Managers, UX team, and customers to flesh out detailed requirements for engineering teams. Review the output of development teams for alignment with acceptance criteria. Prioritize work for development teams and preside over their Agile processes ensuring maximum efficiency. Collaborate with engineering leaders to allocate bandwidth for critical engineering initiatives balanced with product objectives. Responsible for engagement and reporting to all project stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product or program management.
  • Experience as an Agile Product Owner.
  • Experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams.
  • Experience with managing programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Cloud based solutions.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with healthcare applications.
  • Experience with document workflow.
  • Certification in Agile processes such as Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner.
