Job Description
As the Partner Solutions Consultant, you will be part of a highly talented and fast-paced team that is responsible for relaunching and scaling our App Marketplace Program at ServiceTitan. You will serve as the product manager for our partner applications from the ideation phase to go to market and beyond.
Accountable for building out potential product workflows with current and potential app marketplace partners.
Customer-focused and data-driven approach to understand customer needs and collect data from partners.
Key in building out joint product strategies with internal counterparts.
Leverage new and existing partnerships to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
What you'll do:
Manage the product lifecycle of a partnership and/or integration end-to-end.
Collaborate with leaders across ServiceTitan’s Product, Sales, Success, and Support organizations.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and identify gaps in core product functionality.
Influence multiple product areas in collaboration with R&D leaders.
Communicate and mitigate risks to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the product feedback loop by working closely with the Integration Support teams.
Help shape and continuously refine the App Marketplace Program.
Effectively communicate ServiceTitan’s product vision to partners.
Nurture strategic partnership relationships.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in business development, sales engineering, strategic customer success, or product management; SaaS products strongly preferred.
- Foundational understanding of integrations and how they interact through APIs.
- Ability to build consensus and work collaboratively cross-functionally.
- Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Comfort in absorbing an unstructured set of thoughts and developing a strategic vision.
- High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude.
- Strong EQ to empathize with stakeholders and balance perspectives.
- Resourcefulness to leverage available tools, customers, data, and subject matter experts.
