Job Description

• Manage a structured caseload of students receiving intensive academic intervention • Design and implement measurable intervention plans with clear goals and progress monitoring • Facilitate regular 1:1 and small group intervention sessions • Analyze grades, pacing, checkpoint completion, and attendance to guide decisions • Contribute to intervention program development and policy improvement

Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in structured academic intervention, MTSS frameworks, or Tier 3 student support at the secondary level
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in special education and/or implementing structured executive functioning, social-emotional, or academic skill interventions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a developing online school environment
  • Adapting to various online tools and working in an online environment
