Job Description

• Lead the Fleet Enablement team in delivering operational leverage for our customers • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions across our web and mobile platforms • Influence areas such as engineering leadership, technical strategy, code quality and performance, and mentorship • Collaborate closely with engineering leaders, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality releases • Develop engineering talent and grow their careers at Fleetio

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or as a Tech Lead
  • Proven experience building React, Ruby-on-Rails applications (preferred) or similar frameworks
  • Prior experience building SaaS solutions in an engineering capacity (as an engineer or as a technical lead)
  • Prior experience engaging and building relationship with external vendors or business partners as necessary in an engineering capacity
  • Strong track record of leading engineers to deliver roadmap initiatives and achieve outcomes
  • Strong passion and track record of attracting, developing, and retaining engineers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
