Job Description
• Interns can expect a fast-paced, demanding work environment that offers the chance to learn and grow professionally.
• Day-to-day activities of summer Interns vary, but include challenging real-world assignments, getting to work across multiple areas of the company, and long-term projects.
• As an Associate Analytics Consultant Summer Intern, you will be working on deriving business insights through data using analytics tools.
• You will get assigned and learn about real-time projects to help us provide consulting services to our clients.
• You will assist with:
• Leveraging analytics tools to derive business insights
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, & deliver innovative call center analytics solutions for a wide variety of industries
• Working closely with both IT and business clients to best align business needs with technical capability/feasibility
• Working with client and consultant teams to design and build systems using our AI/Machine Learning technology stack
• Conducting and participating in client white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations
• Collaborating with and learning from an amazing team of hard-working business analytics experts
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience, or a passion for business and the software industry is a plus
- Knowledge, experience, and/or passion for business analytics
- Effective and polished communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and concise communication
- Creativity with a strong passion and curiosity for learning, growing, and problem-solving
- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize work without being afraid to ask for more direction or support
- A proactive, empathetic, can-do attitude
- Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
- Availability to work full-time 9a-5p office hours from June 1 through August 7
- Have strong technical skills in: Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, E-mail/Outlook, JIRA (can be trained)
- Have strong technical aptitude to learn: Slack, department-specific software & other technical tools as needed.
- Be able to supply your own laptop with a working camera and a fast, reliable internet connection
- Reside in the US for the entire duration of the internship in one of these states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, MA, MD, MO, MI, NE, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA
- Have access to a quiet and professional place to work and be on camera to engage in meetings and events
