• Interns can expect a fast-paced, demanding work environment that offers the chance to learn and grow professionally. • Day-to-day activities of summer Interns vary, but include challenging real-world assignments, getting to work across multiple areas of the company, and long-term projects. • As an Associate Analytics Consultant Summer Intern, you will be working on deriving business insights through data using analytics tools. • You will get assigned and learn about real-time projects to help us provide consulting services to our clients. • You will assist with: • Leveraging analytics tools to derive business insights • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, & deliver innovative call center analytics solutions for a wide variety of industries • Working closely with both IT and business clients to best align business needs with technical capability/feasibility • Working with client and consultant teams to design and build systems using our AI/Machine Learning technology stack • Conducting and participating in client white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations • Collaborating with and learning from an amazing team of hard-working business analytics experts
