Job Description

• Partner with the People Operations and Finance teams to define and prioritize the product vision and strategy for HCM functions • Drive the articulation of a product roadmap • Act as a subject matter expert on Workday and upstream/downstream systems • Collaborate with Technical Business Analysts and cross-functional subject matter experts • Work closely with development and system administration teams • Measure and analyze product performance and organizational feedback • Work with project teams to build and manage product documentation • Actively align our technology stack with broader company strategy • Closely partner with the other Product Owners • Drive technology initiatives forward despite ambiguity • Plan, facilitate, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Act as a mentor across the Product Owner and Business Analyst teams.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or similar role)
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes
  • Experience partnering on Workday Payroll solutions
  • Experience leading integrations with third-party applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience driving work forward from a position of leadership in an agile development environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management experience (Agile or Waterfall)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, human resources business administration or a related field or experience
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential employee and contractor data.
