Job Description
• The Manager of Operational Excellence plays a key role in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing business processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in analyzing current operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements
• Drive the adoption of standardized processes and best practices to support organizational growth and efficiency
• Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and Kaizen events to drive change and improvement
• Support the coordination and tracking of ongoing operational excellence initiatives
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Provide ongoing support to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, accountability, and communication
• Provide coaching and guidance to teams on CI principles and Lean techniques
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (7+ years of facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, Lean, or operational strategy work)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Knowledge and experience in applying Lean principles, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies
- Ability to support and drive multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on project facilitation and coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and facilitate group discussions
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools to support project tracking and communication
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization to help track the success of improvement initiatives
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and adapting to evolving project needs and organizational priorities.
