Job Description

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close • Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial results • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results in accordance with U.S. GAAP • Support internal and joint venture reporting requirements, including variance analysis and documentation • Execute day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and general ledger maintenance • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in billing, payments, and account balances in coordination with operations and partner teams • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and supporting sub-ledgers • Maintain organized supporting schedules for capital activity, allocations, and other JV-related transactions as directed • Support partner-related accounting activities and reporting requirements in alignment with joint venture agreements • Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls • Prepare audit-ready documentation and support external audit processes • Partner with the Director of Accounting to ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements • Contribute to building scalable accounting processes and improving workflow efficiency • Participate in system enhancements, ERP optimization, and workflow documentation initiatives • Support ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects related to growth initiatives or operational expansion

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field required
  • CPA preferred or actively pursuing
  • 1+ years of progressive accounting experience, including industry, public accounting, or a combination of both
  • Experience in healthcare, managed services, or partnership environments preferred but not required
  • Experience with Workday or other modern ERP systems preferred
  • Experience operating in fast-paced or build-stage environments is a plus
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, particularly in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working across systems
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of deliverables from start to finish
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
