• Create, develop, and drive sales in the East Coast • Direct and coordinate sales activities with independent sales representatives • Develop sales strategies and communication • Continue development of key customers and target accounts • Develop and deploy sales and customer-specific strategies • Maintain leadership, training, and development of Tillman sales effort • Assist Sales Director with developing sales budget • Communicate with internal staff to maximize customer satisfaction
