Job Description
• Developing global social media strategies across paid (ie. Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit) and owned channels in partnership with business teams to drive effectiveness and demand among end users.
• Planning, executing, and reporting on global social media campaigns, ensuring clear performance tracking and actionable insights.
• Driving campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data and analytics, and shifting resources to top-performing tactics to improve outcomes.
• Partnering with Integrated Marketing, Marketing Communications and agencies to develop engaging, digitally optimized creative across relevant platforms and formats.
• Experience working on influencer campaigns.
• Leveraging social listening and user-behavior insights and executing AI-first marketing workflows to streamline planning, improve content quality/consistency, and enhance forecasting across channels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role OR High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Three (3) years of Marketing, Brand, and/or Agency experience
- Two (2) years of social media community engagement experience, including one (1) year of social media advertising experience for an ad agency, consumer brand, or marketing-forward B2B brand
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pivot quickly, deliver accurate reporting, and translate performance data into optimization actions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management capability, including managing timelines, budgets, resources, and multiple priorities
