Job Description
• Manage a book of 50+ clients providing expert tax advice
• Lead and mentor a team of staff accountants and junior managers
• Prepare, review, and finalize personal and corporate tax returns
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to practice development
• Drive improvements in processes and collaborate on firm goals
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in public accounting with a strong focus on tax
- CPA or EA certification required
- Proficient in tax research and business consulting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and applying new software
