• Assume full P&L responsibility for assigned projects • Manage projects ranging from $500k to multi-million-dollar contracts • Protect and improve project margins through disciplined execution • Maintain accurate forecasting through project completion • Develop and manage detailed project budgets • Monitor labor productivity and cost performance • Ensure scope clarity and enforce structured change management • Lead RFI development and tracking • Develop and maintain formal project risk registers • Lead contingency and recovery planning • Develop and manage detailed project schedules • Lead cross-functional teams including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors • Serve as primary client interface
