Job Description
• Execute lifecycle marketing programs to engage new and existing health systems and clinical partners.
• Project manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
• Manage execution of webinars, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up.
• Create and maintain presentation decks, co-branded collateral, and referral toolkits for health system administrators and provider partners.
• Partner closely with the Lyra customer success team to identify expansion opportunities and support account growth within existing partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and leadership teams to ensure messaging is accurate, cohesive, and aligned with clinical best practices.
• Create educational content that resonates with provider and patient audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, conversions, referral volume, and ROI; report insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain Lyra’s brand voice and ensure all marketing materials adhere to ethical, compliant, and sensitive standards for mental health marketing.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital or integrated marketing; healthcare or behavioral health strongly preferred.
- Experience developing and managing campaigns across SEO, email, social, and paid media.
- Proficiency with cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with diverse internal teams.
- Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and mental health/substance use services is a plus.
