• Manage Cryogenic Pumps Business Unit line with objectives and direction of Business Unit management • Achieve results as per Business Unit market objectives and financial targets • Responsible for the P&L of the local entity Business Unit business • Embrace and develop customer value and customer care-driven culture • Support and promote the Group’s core values • Develop the business within your region per guidelines of Business Unit • Promote and sell the full range of equipment within your Business Unit • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) by all assigned users • Nurture customer relationships and loyalty • Report all market information related to technology, economy, regulations, competition • Conduct regular Business Review Meetings with responsible Functional Unit • Responsible for local training of staff • Manage distributors, partners, and agents in assigned territory • Focus on price management to maximize profit levels • Equip your team with necessary tools for efficient job performance • Establish goals and KPIs for sales per region/per product • Plan routine visits to major customers
