• Engage with internal, customer and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. • Design solutions to address requirements and ensure the best possible long-term outcomes for customers and Skedulo. • Provide expert advice on leveraging the Skedulo Platform effectively. • Write Statements of Work (SOWs), technical design documentation and other documentation required to ensure high-quality delivery by the Skedulo professional services team. • Provide support to the delivery team during implementation, ensuring that designs are correctly implemented and best practices are followed. • Act as a strategic advisor, working closely with Product Development, Project Managers, and Customers. • Mentor other solution architects in all aspects of their role, including design, architecture and professional skills. • Create detailed solution and technical architecture diagrams, data models and process maps to support Skedulo’s Project Delivery of solutions.
