Job Description
• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs.
• Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality.
• Research market conditions, companies, and people to identify new sales opportunities and develop new relationships.
• Develop compelling voice and email scripts for inbound and outbound prospecting, by linking marketplace and business challenges to our value propositions.
• Identify quality leads by applying the BANT methodology in high-level discovery calls with prospects.
• Continuously enrich account and contact information in Salesforce CRM
• Nurture relationships by collaborating with Account Executives to share information with existing customer contacts and new prospects.
• Assist Sales Directors and Account Executives in the development of Territory Plans and Opportunity Plans by providing access to information requested within a vertical or an account.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Field Sales, Marketing or adjacent roles.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Life Sciences related industry, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, genomics, and food & beverage
- Experience in technology or enterprise software, especially SaaS
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent client facing skills with ability to engage with C-suite & senior executives
