• Maintain overall responsibility and accountability for all security operations • Ensure compliance with UG Solutions policies, procedures, and operational standards • Plan, direct, and supervise all security activities, issuing clear guidance and intent • Establish and manage operational schedules, shift rotations, and personnel movements using reverse planning methodologies • Monitor and maintain morale, discipline, health, and welfare of security personnel • Supervise the resupply, accountability, and readiness of security equipment and materials • Maintain a visible leadership presence at security sites and headquarters locations • Ensure force protection measures and casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) plans are developed, rehearsed, and maintained • Oversee, mentor, and supervise subordinate leaders and security personnel • Conduct counseling, corrective action, and termination counseling as required
