• Evaluate current operational processes to identify inefficiencies. • Recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency, improve system functionality, and drive revenue • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, balancing long-term strategy with short-term needs • Develop and maintain prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives • Identify and define sales and operational product requirements through detailed user stories and clear acceptance criteria to deliver to Technology partners • Analyze test results to ensure technology changes align with business needs and oversee the implementation of changes to ensure they are executed as planned and deliver the expected benefits • Partner with stakeholders, business SMEs, vendors, and technology team members to define project scopes, objectives, schedules, requirements gathering sessions, training needs, P&P updates, and implementation goals drive product enhancements and projects • Track, manage, and document all project or enhancement related tasks in the project management software utilizing agile methodology and holding responsible parties accountable for adherence to delivery deadlines • Create and deliver Training and Communications for impactful system changes as needed
