Job Description
• Responsible for design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce application functionality
• Deliver solutions to Advancement by completing declarative development within the Salesforce platform
• Review business requirements and ask thoughtful questions to ensure the right solution
• Assist with resolving tickets and providing feedback
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies and provide input
• Configure, monitor, maintain, test and debug declarative development
• Follow established change management processes
• Conduct QA on completed work according to documented acceptance criteria
• Assist as needed with researching and evaluating new technology, products, specialized hardware and tools to optimize development and functionality of applications
• Troubleshoot escalated bugs and provide fixes.
• Provide off hours support, as needed.
• Provide, cultivate, and foster excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Analyzing Business Processes And Data (4 Years)
- Preferred Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Salesforce Administrator
- Relevant technology experience including Salesforce declarative development
- Experience working in higher education, with strong preference given to candidates with experience in advancement/fundraising
- Experience in a higher education technology environment, especially with Affinaquest or Salesforce
- Advanced technical knowledge of application systems and analysis, as well as industry best practices.
