• Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of the NTC mortgage services product suite • Develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups • Provide high quality 'trusted advisor' advice to customers • Manage programs/project performance from inception through deployment • Collaborate with clients and our go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership in devising state-of-the art solutions • Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership about client trends, business strategies and reporting • Direct, coach and mentor direct reports • Motivate with a positive approach and mentor department Leads.
