Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field with +10 years of related work experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Applications Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role, preferably within a real estate or corporate services environment
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to work across application platforms, data analytics, and systems integration
- Proven project management experience: familiarity with Agile or other modern delivery methodologies is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate between business and technical audiences.
