Job Description
• Gather feedback and build consensus across the gaming industry to establish standards that influence how developers build their games
• Define nutrition label standards for Unity packages through extensive user research with game developers, platform partners, and key decision makers
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to compute and present nutrition labels
Job Requirements
- Proven track record building, managing, or nurturing developer ecosystems in a centralized role
- Experience gathering industry feedback and driving consensus across diverse groups
- Background in gaming or game development ecosystems
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with platform partners (such as Apple, Google, or other app stores) on compliance, standards, or developer-facing initiatives
- Background in privacy, data governance, or security standards that would inform your understanding of package transparency requirements
