Job Description
• Support the administration of company health and welfare plans
• Ensure all benefit programs comply with federal and state regulations
• Administer 401(k) and pension plans in compliance with plan documents and laws
• Reconcile plan assets and contributions
• Provide exceptional support to employees regarding benefit & retirement program inquiries
• Conduct research and provide recommendations regarding escalated benefits & retirement matters
• Assist in preparation of reports related to benefit plans
• Assist in tracking benefit costs and summarizing employee benefits data
• Maintain and develop relationships with internal partners and vendors
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes effectively
• Maintain retirement plan records and files
• Assist in special projects pertaining to US Benefits programs
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with employee benefits, specifically ERISA and retirement plans
- Strong foundational understanding of 401(k) and retirement program administration and health benefit plan principles and compliance requirements
- Well-developed customer and relationship management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, listening capabilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing, highly collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively lead prioritization of workload and meet deadlines through project management
- Process driven and methodical in approach to implementing programs & solutions
- Intermediate level expertise in Google Tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) & Microsoft Office (specifically, Microsoft Excel)
- Experience working in Fidelity Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW), preferred
- Experience working with SAP & ARIBA tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
