Job Description
• Connecting customers with UiPath Enterprise Automation Platform to solve problems, create efficiencies and demonstrate significant Return on Investment (ROI)
• Develop relationships and drive the sales motion at executive levels within client accounts
• Outbound prospecting (Hunting)/Lead generation
• Manage accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client’s needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and services
• Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments and maintaining Salesforce hygiene
• Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals Partner with other members of the GTM team including sales engineers, developers, customer success, and partner managers
Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience selling enterprise software
- Recent experience selling to SLED companies
- Self-starter / able to work independently, but also a contributing member of a team
- Successful in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing customers
- Consultative sales experience and challenging customers to think differently
- Own and manage the entire sales process and cycle from prospecting to invoicing
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and quota
- Consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A logical and analytical thinker
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Strong technical aptitude; Strong computer skills – Word, Excel and Salesforce/CRM systems a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to details
- Highly motivated and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
