Job Description
• The Application Analyst II – Epic is responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and support of the Epic Ambulatory application.
• This individual serves as a liaison between end users and technical teams, ensuring that system functionality supports clinical and operational workflows.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support for new Epic applications and functionality.
• Conduct thorough reviews of Foundation Build and operational content for Epic applications.
• Maintain detailed and ongoing communication with customers (end users or operational owners) through ticketing systems.
Job Requirements
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience OR Associate’s degree with 2 years of healthcare or healthcare IT experience.
- Licenses/Certifications Required: Epic Ambulatory certification with 3+ years of Epic application support (current/active).
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years of direct Epic application experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of direct Epic application experience.
