• Oversee and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget. • Analyze the data input to create accurate internal and external reporting and forecasting for all stakeholders. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Clarify and develop project scope, detailed work plans, schedules, objectives, estimates coordinates activities of the project team, identifying resources and implementation strategy. • Collaborate across multiple functions to ensure adherence to quality standards and internal processes, review project deliverables, and drive the achievement of required project results • Provide overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams, often spanning multiple organizations, markets, and external suppliers/vendors. • Direct experience leading new fiber deployment and/or expansion initiatives • Oversee general contractor deliverables, closely monitor progress, and proactively identify risks to ensure alignment with the market build plan. • Lead project status meetings, prepare project reports, and oversee tracking and analysis, including the management of project interdependencies. • Ensure timely completion of milestones as outlined in the contract and facilitate prompt billing. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Identifies, recommends and takes action to drive the analysis, solutions resolution to all issues/roadblocks in a timely fashion.
