• Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications, ensuring accurate scheduling and a seamless experience • Maintain ATS and scheduling tool accuracy (Greenhouse, GoodTime) including interview plans, hiring teams, permissions, and templates • Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows through onboarding handoff • Maintain clean recruiting documentation and data integrity, supporting reporting and audit readiness • Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements, surfacing friction points and recommending solutions • Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability beyond day-to-day coordination
