Job Description
• Responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of large-scale end-to-end Medical Group revenue cycle engagements
• Oversee multiple Customer Partner Directors and staff to carry out key objectives
• Lead relationship management of key client counterparts
• Support efforts to improve KLAS and NPS scores
• Contribute to Physician R1 strategy development as a customer expert
Job Requirements
- At least 12+ years of Operational experience
- Minimum 5 years in Revenue Cycle
- 8+ years in executive leadership roles
- Physician Revenue Cycle experience preferred
- Epic and/or Athena expertise preferred
