Job Description
• Drive strategic marketing initiatives to maximize the business impact of Cribl’s joint solutions with our key technology alliance partnerships (TAP)
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market demand generation strategies
• Create alliance messaging and materials
• Identify and influence market opportunities with TAP partners
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and analyze results for the biggest impact
• Support the growth of our Alliances program
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies technology alliance partners that emphasize our joint value propositions and ensure alignment with Cribl’s overall business objectives
• Develop a deep understanding of our diverse, global partner ecosystem
• Act as a key source for TAP marketing strategy and joint positioning/messaging for our partners
• Strategically plan and tactically execute effective marketing programs that drive revenue for alliance programs
• Develop and own 360° Marketing Plans for select Elite partners that align with sales goals and GTM priorities
• Work closely with product marketing, product engineering, and business development in creating strategic messaging and positioning for joint product offerings such as case studies, joint product briefs, etc.
• Educate and inform internal partner-facing field teams on the TAP marketing strategy
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the global alliance partner teams and internal stakeholders and motivate the partner to provide additional joint marketing opportunities
• Measure and report on success metrics for joint campaigns with alliance partners, making recommendations for improvements
• Use data to continually analyze and track program performance and evolve the strategy and programs
• Work across many time-zones – may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
Job Requirements
- 4 - 7+ years of alliance and/or partner marketing experience; B2B SaaS start-up experience preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize 5-8 partners at a time
- Experience developing demand generation programs and event strategy and execution with partners
- Outcomes-driven, analytical, customer-first and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs
- A proven track record of working collaboratively and asynchronously with product, technical, sales, channel, marketing and the exec team to impact early and late stage pipeline
- Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and industry events
- A high bar in everything you and your team do - quality, creativity, execution and productivity
- Have a flexible and pragmatic mindset and the ability to think quickly on your feet with little supervision at times and adaptability to a fast-paced changing environment
- Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
- Highly motivated, self-starter that can build and launch programs and communications within budget and effectively manage multiple timelines
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing key performance indicators to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication (oral and written) skills
- Travel up to 25%
