Job Description
• Work with Risk and Compliance professionals and other business lines on specific projects.
• Research, draft memoranda, and prepare PowerPoint presentations related to regulatory standards.
• Participate in Risk, Compliance, and broad business meetings.
• Maintain and enhance CRM case management, ensuring comprehensive audit trails and cross-department visibility.
• Assist in the review and localization of Risk and Compliance documents.
• Work with Manager to ensure expectations and goals are met; complete all projects and final presentations in a timely manner.
• Comply with all ABC policies and procedures.
• Make Final Presentation during Program wrap-up.
• Provide feedback on the program and offer suggestions for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Must possess excellent research and writing skills.
- Intellectually curious and interested in software, fitness, and/or financial services.
- Must be interested in working in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment with professionals from multiple disciplines.
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner both within and outside the Risk & Compliance Department is critical to success.
- Must be able to work independently, though support will be provided.
- Interest in such areas as payment processing, SaaS technology, corporate compliance, and data-driven risk mitigation.
- A demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to research and learn new concepts and regulatory issues quickly to facilitate problem solving.
